Installation

I am being prompted to select Memory Location to install the application? Which one do I chose?: You can select the Phone Memory.
Why should I install it in the Phone Memory?: Because there is possibility of memory card getting corrupted.
What If my phone memory gets full?: It will take less than 1 MB space of your phone memory.

Are all the fields mandatory to be filled?: Yes.
What format do I use for D.O.B?: You can use either hyphen (-) or Slash (/) format by using your D.O.B.
For Example: - dd-mm-yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy.
From where do I get the Scratch Code?: You get the 10 digit scratch card number along with your Mobipal Welcome-kit.
Will I be charged for the SMS to register?: Yes, you will be charged with your normal SMS charges as per your service providers plan.
How do I get started with my Mobipal application, after it is installed?: Your Mobipal application is visible in:
Going to your phone Menu > Installation / Applications / MY Own

What is Create List?: It is a list of Contacts or Groups created in Whitelist or Blacklist.
What does a "Blacklist" do?: Black List is list where your phone avoids answering calls from pre-defined numbers in the list.
What is "Whitelist"?: White List is list where your phone answers the pre-defined numbers in the list.
What is filter call?: Filter call is the kind of mode where you can go for options for the Blacklist/Whitelist such as:
a) Send sms msg.
b) Do Nothing.
c) Reject Call.
What is Filter SMS / MMS?: This filter avoids the SMS or MMS from the Blacklisted numbers.
What is View Log?: View Log option shows all the Incoming and Outgoing call details.
What does Disable option do?: Disable option stops the autostart function of the application after the phone reboot, if it is disabled.
Why should I enable Smart Reject Sensor in settings?: Smart Reject Sensor in Settings should be enabled so when you use Reject Call Option in Blacklist, it will automatically reject calls from blacklisted numbers.
What is Log Duration?: Log Duration maintains a log of incoming and outgoing calls saved as per the given duration / days.
What is the maximum day to be set for log duration?: 30 days.
What is auto start and do I need to enable or disable this option?: You need to enable this Autostart option which will automatically start the Mobipal application as soon as mobile device reboots.
